In today's highly technical and sophisticated world, investigative work demands an integrated and creative approach. Capitol Process has the experience, good judgment, and diligence required to fulfill our clients’ investigative needs.
We specialize in difficult serves. Our process servers are supported by our in-house team of licensed Private Investigators (PIs) who are key to serving evasive witnesses and defendants.
Because of the delicate nature and complexity of serving recalcitrant parties, we consult with the client and tailor a plan that will allow us to effectively serve process based on the specific situation.
Capitol Process’s investigators include former law enforcement personnel who are adept at locating individuals, conducting background searches, skip tracing, interviewing witnesses, surveillance, and asset and online research to assist clients in preparation for legal and court cases. In addition, our PIs are seasoned and dependable witnesses. |
